What's Up?
I promised myself once the book was published I'd have this site updated. Well here it is, the book's been out since the end of April and after being sidetracked for a while with other projects, I'm finally getting around to actually getting the work done.
One of the projects that I'm pretty excited about was the posting of a new site. The site's called "Vana Roth's - Health Forum" and it was established so members could have a place to go and exchange thoughts, ideas, support and information about health related issues. I've been blogging around a bit and have come across a number of sites offering great book reviews and others that provide wonderful advice to authors.
