There are groups who cultivate the same philosophies as ones written about in 'A Nation of Expendables'. The questions are, under what circumstances could these philosophies be practiced? Who are the real decision makers? What role if any, should government, physicians and insurance providers be allowed to play? And...how long will it take before these same philosophies are extended to those deemed sub-standard, defective, and too costly to maintain regardless of age, circumstance, or level of insurance coverage?
