A friend of mine from another networking site has an awesome newsletter called Publishing Basics. His name is Ron Pramschufer and he along with his partner own a self-publishing business in New York called RJ Communications.

Their newsletter is full of helpful tips and advice for authors who are considering their publishing options, as well as those already self-published or published through small to mid-size companies.
