One thing good about having memory problems is I can read a book...then a year later read it again and it will be brand new! I love to read and refuse to give it up. Some of my favorite authors are Bentley Little, John Grisham, John Patterson, Jeffery Deaver, Dean Koontz and Mary Higgins Clark.

Now thanks to my editor Garrett Peck, I've come to appreciate horror stories, which I frankly thought would be impossible. I'm particularly fond of the ' Yumbies ' which are a cross between a yuppie and a zombie!

Real or otherwise, I've always been one of those people who can easily visualize any situation. Blood, guts and graphic violence totally creeps me out not to mention gives me horrible nightmares. But ... I've found if I only read a few chapters at a time during daylight hours, the stories don't seem to bother me as much. The one thing I still do however, is make sure all doors and windows are locked before going to bed.
